In adoptionSales accelerationMeasure: qualified engagement per hour of human review

The problem

Earning genuine attention across many social platforms is constant, repetitive work — and the easy automations are exactly the ones that get accounts flagged as spam. The goal is not raw follower count but qualified influence: real people who follow, save, reply, share, and buy because the brand consistently adds clarity. Scale and policy safety pull in opposite directions, and spammy automation destroys the trust the whole effort exists to build.

What I built

A platform-agnostic system that runs continuously and handles the entire lifecycle of growth activity — drafting, timing, choosing the right rooms to show up in — while a human-in-the-loop gate holds every single outbound action until a person clicks Confirm. The person approves; the system does everything else. Governance is a feature, not an afterthought: no platform-policy violations, no manipulation, no spam, by construction.

Where it stands

In adoption. The measures: qualified engagement rate — saves, replies, shares, and follows from real, relevant people; human approval throughput — qualified actions shipped per unit of review time; and policy-safe action rate — the share of actions that stay cleanly within platform rules. The human-gated pattern is one any brand can adopt to scale attention without scaling risk.
